Job Description :
Organization Structuring & Development
Review current structure and recommend solutions to ensure that it is aligned to organizational strategy
Identify, encourage and Monitor ; Objectivity Based Key deliverables for middle and senior level Managers
Understanding the future business requirements and align manpower competency requirements
Recruitment
Ensure right and optimal manpower on time as per the Manpower structure
Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization
Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
Training
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify and analyze divisional talent development needs
Evaluate Training needs and their impact to drive business performance and increase leadership capabilities
Plan and Execute the training using right training delivery models .
Analyze the effectiveness of the training program and Link with PMS and reward & recognition Models
