Job Description
Native Italian person having very good English speaking soft skills
– 10- 12 years of experience in support focused delivery roles, with management experience leading teams
– Ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage critical cases after hours as needed.
– Strong judgment, decision-making, drive and insightful analytic skills.
– Strong customer service.
– Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
– Must have experience leading a customer support team working directly with external customers.
– Proven capabilities to lead, engage and influence others
– ITIL certifcation is a must , PMP/ Prince 2 preferred
